CATA's mission is to empower farmworkers and immigrant workers to fight for their rights so they can live a full life. We work together to achieve safe working and living conditions, fair wages, and to be treated with respect and dignity. CATA’s program areas focus on workers’ rights, health and safety in the workplace, immigrant's rights, and food justice, education methodology, which actively involves workers in the process of social change with analysis and proposed actions coming directly from those affected.
